Packaging

Your pieces will be placed in a jewelry box (box color may vary), which will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

Processing time

Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, most often on the day of purchase until 6:00 pm - Mainland Portugal time (except Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

Orders placed after 6pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

The carrier operates from Monday to Friday, with the exception of the 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st of December, the 1st and 2nd of January, and municipal and national holidays. On these dates, delivery times may be a little longer. Apart from these exceptions, delivery times will generally be as mentioned below.

National postage is offered by registered mail.

Pricing

All prices include VAT at the legal rate, and are exclusive for purchases through this website.

Customs Fees and Obligations

Orders sent to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international order may be subject to these taxes, fees and customs duties, which are charged as soon as the order arrives in the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient. Nadir Filigranas has no control over these charges, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Returns in Portugal and European Union Countries

We work dedicatedly to ensure customer trust and we want them to remember their shopping experience with us positively and fondly.

In this sense , it is possible to return the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, and the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return conditions:

The product must be returned in intact condition - as sold, without any signs of use, with complete original packaging and other elements that accompanied the shipment (shipping packaging, protective films, security labels, gift boxes, etc.).

As soon as the return arrives at our facilities, an email confirming receipt will be sent to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
. Parts that have signs of use, wear, dents, scratches or dirt;
. Parts manufactured to order specifically for the customer, not available in stock for immediate delivery to the store;
. Pieces customized by the customer, or by Nadir Filigranas according to their specifications;
. Parts that have undergone modifications or alterations made by third parties.

Upon receipt of the return at our facilities, a technical assessment will be carried out and if it is proven that it complies with the return conditions, we will issue the respective refund.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete after receipt of the return.

We suggest that the return be made by CTT with Registration, as we cannot be responsible for sending returns or losing them.

In the event that the part does not meet the necessary requirements specified above in the return conditions, it will be returned to the customer to the address shown in the sender information of the returned product.

Returns from countries outside the European Union

Due to difficulties and constraints related to customs, unfortunately it is not feasible to receive returns or carry out exchanges in countries located outside the European Union.

However, be sure to contact us at info@nadir.pt so we can try to find the best alternative solution.
