Delivery Estimate:
You will be given an estimated delivery time, along with your order confirmation email.
Cancellation and Changes by Customers:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@nadir.pt. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified. After receiving your order, if it is a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. The customer agrees not to contest the decision made by NADIR FILIGRANAS and to accept NADIR FILIGRANAS' decision regarding cancellation.
Dimensions:
The dimensions displayed on the NADIR FILIGRANAS website are mentioned in centimeters. Although we try to ensure that all measurements mentioned on our website are accurate, small deviations may occur as each piece is unique. Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get it perfectly correct. A very thick ring will feel much firmer than a thinner ring of the same size. When measuring a ring, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit the first time. Please choose your ring size carefully with the help of our size guide.
