We believe that our pieces are special and should deserve the best attention, so that they last over time with their original beauty.
Thinking about conserving this original beauty, we recommend some precautions that we think are important.
. Try to keep your pieces away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, cold and humidity. Metals, especially silver, oxidize and darken in contact with air, it is a natural process;
. Remove the pieces whenever you take a shower or swim in the sea or swimming pools, and avoid carrying out physical/sporting activities (sweat is highly corrosive and will change the appearance of the pieces);
. Avoid contact with makeup, creams, perfumes and lotions;
. Avoid storing items in damp or bright places, always favor dry and dark places;
. Store the pieces individually in the original box provided at purchase, this way they will be better protected;
. The conservation of the pieces, namely their cleaning, can and should be done at home!
Cleaning
Over time and habitual use, some substances such as cosmetics, dust, among others, become deposited on the pieces.
Therefore, to keep the parts clean, we suggest that you follow the following steps:
1. Always wash items “by hand”;
2. Add water (preferably warm) to a container and use Coconut Soap or, alternatively, a mild Neutral PH Soap, to clean;
3. Wet the pieces in water and with the help of a soft bristle brush or a brush, add a little Coconut Soap and gently pass it over the entire piece in circular movements;
4. After brushing, dip the item several times in water until you are sure that all the soap has been removed, changing the water as often as necessary;
5. To finish the process, you should "always" rinse/dry the pieces very well, with the help of a very soft flannel cloth or soft fabric, delicately until you are sure that they are completely dry, in order to avoid the appearance of from moisture stains;
6. Always store the pieces in the box provided when purchasing, this way they will be much better protected.
Note: We advise you not to use toothpaste or abrasive and acidic detergents such as detergents (dishes, clothes, shampoos) or any other domestic or industrial cleaning liquid.
