We are aware that shopping online can sometimes be intimidating, so we do everything we can to ensure customers feel comfortable in the purchasing process, guaranteeing the authenticity of our pieces, not only through individual official markings, but We also seek to demonstrate them exhaustively and as faithfully as possible in the photographs we provide, so that our customers know exactly what to expect when they receive their order.

Our retail license, issued by Contrastaria Portuguesa , has the nr. T0844.

All our pieces have the Portuguese Contrastaria mark, guaranteeing the metal and purity used.

However, the application of the Portuguese Assay Office mark is only mandatory on silver pieces that weigh more than 2 grams and gold pieces that weigh more than 0.5 grams .

However, all of our pieces bear the responsibility of the Craftsman/Manufacturer who produced them.

Contrast Marks

The marks of 925 Silver and 9k Gold (375) or 19.2K Gold (800) are applied to all pieces by the Portuguese Assay Office , which guarantees the purity of the metal used, displayed in thousandths.


Additionally, all pieces also bear the mark of the artisan/manufacturer who produced them.

Manufacturing Guarantee

All jewelry sold by NADIR Filigranas until December 31, 2021 is covered by a 2-year warranty , after the date of purchase, against any manufacturing defect or damage.

For jewelry sold from January 1, 2022 , the warranty period increases from 2 to 3 years .


However, the manufacturing guarantee does not apply in the following cases:


1. Accident or misuse (parts worn out due to misuse, deteriorated, dented, scratched and dirty);

2. Normal discoloration of the metal resulting from the age of the piece, or caused by cosmetics, perfumes, creams, cleaning products, abrasive products, chemicals, swimming pools, the sea, among others;

3. Repairs or modifications made by third parties to Nadir Filigranas parts.

In the event of activation of the warranty, upon receipt of the part at our facilities, a technical assessment will be carried out and if the defect is proven within the scope of the manufacturing warranty, the part will be repaired or replaced free of charge and sent to the Customer at their address, without any additional cost.

In the event that the part does not meet the necessary requirements to activate the warranty, it will be returned to the customer to the address shown in the sender information of the returned product.
