Digital Gift Cards are sent via email and can be used as a payment method throughout the Nadir.pt online store.
Terms and Conditions of Use:
1. Definitions
Nadir Filigranas is the brand responsible for selling the Digital Gift Cards available on Nadir.pt.
The Digital Gift Card consists of a digital code that can be used as a form of payment in the online store.
The “Purchaser” is the person who purchases the Digital Gift Card, while the “Recipient” is the person who receives it and redeems it when purchasing at the online store.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions rule the purchase and use of the Nadir Filigranas Digital Gift Card. By purchasing or using the card, the Buyer and the Recipient declare that they fully accept the conditions established herein.
3. Purchase and Delivery
Digital Gift Cards are available for purchase on the Nadir.pt website and are emailed to the recipient that was specified during the purchase process.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided, specifically the recipient’s email address, is correct and up to date.
Nadir Filigranas cannot be held liable for errors in the email address provided, nor for any technical failures beyond its control that prevent or delay the delivery of the Digital Gift Card.
4. Using the Digital Gift Card
The Digital Gift Card can be used more than once, provided there is an available balance associated with the respective code.
If the purchase amount is less than the available balance on the card, the remaining balance will remain available for future use until the total balance is exhausted or until the expiration date.
At the checkout process, the following situations may apply:
- If the available balance on the Digital Gift Card is equal to, or exceeds the total order amount, the customer may complete the purchase using only the card.
- If the available balance on the Digital Gift Card is less than the total order amount, an additional payment method must be selected to cover the remaining amount.
The Digital Gift Card is valid exclusively for purchases made at the Nadir.pt online store.
The Digital Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Nadir Filigranas reserves the right to limit the use of the Digital Gift Card in specific promotional campaigns, unless otherwise indicated.
5. Validity
The Digital Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this period ends, any remaining balance will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or recovered.
6. Limitations and Warranties
The Digital Gift Card is not reloadable, replaceable, refundable, or convertible into cash. It also cannot be used to add credit to or transfer funds to bank cards or other payment methods.
The Purchaser is solely responsible for securely sharing the Digital Gift Card with the Recipient.
Nadir Filigranas is not liable for the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of the card code after it has been sent.
Nadir Filigranas also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or block Digital Gift Cards in cases of fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive use.
7. Cancellation and Refund
The Digital Gift Card can be canceled exclusively by the Purchaser, provided that the respective code has not yet been used and the request is made within a maximum of 14 days after the date of purchase.

8. Personal Data
The personal data provided during the purchase process will be used exclusively for the management, processing, and delivery of the Digital Gift Card, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data subjects may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data by emailing info@nadir.pt.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Nadir Filigranas reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, while respecting the rights acquired by users in the meantime.

11. Governing Law
