Caramujos are among the most representative and iconic elements of Portuguese jewelry, originating from the ancient "Enamel Rosettes", traditionally featuring six or eight petals (alveoli) and a color palette dominated by white and deep blue. These remain the most traditional colors to this day, although new shades and color combinations have gradually been introduced, including green, red and black.
